Rectification Astrology

Rectification Astrology is a specialty area of Astrology very few Astrologers are familiar with. It is used when ‘no known time of birth,’ exists.

Rectification is the act of ascribing the correct rising sign and/or other placements when information is missing or inaccurate in a chart or date of birth.

Rita Ann’s most famous rectification work came when she was interviewed by the Green Bay Press Gazette about the upcoming summit meetings in 1986 between then president Reagan and Soviet leader, Gorbachev. The White House ‘official’ version of Reagan’s birth information was issued as, “ 2 AM, Feb 6, 1911 in Tampio, Ill.”

During the interview, Ms Freeman expressed a serous doubt that she was looking at, “the true chart of Ronald Reagan.” When questioned by reporter, Dave Tianen, as to WHY she thought it was NOT his ‘true chart,’ she replied, “ This is NOT the chart of Ronald Reagan. I see no evidence of his being an actor or in politics. I think the 2 AM time is a smoke screen. I don’t think he was born then but it’s a believable time.”

When Tianen asked if this was NOT his correct birth time, then what time did she think he WAS born, after some quick assessing and studying, she replied, “I think he was born around 1:20 or 1:15 PM.”

Three years later, when a book exposing Reagan’s use of Astrology was published, it was revealed the 2 AM birth time given out by the White House was  indeed a ‘smoke screen,’ and that Reagan’s REAL time of birth on his birth certificate was “1:20 AM.”  Ms Freeman had nailed it right on the head. THAT is what rectification work is all about!
